The soul of this keychain lies in the high-contrast colors of the "two-color engraving blank." Before machining, ensure the material is perfectly flat and your tools are ready according to the NC file.

Two-color blanks are lightweight and soft, but prone to burrs if cut incorrectly. Here are our optimized parameters to ensure a clean finish:
Tool: 4x20°x0.2mm Flat Bottom Engraving Bit (Name & Number)
Cutting Feed Rate: 400 mm/min
Plunge Feed Rate (Z): 200 mm/min
Stepdown (DOC): 0.2 mm
Stepover (XY): 0.1 mm
Tool: 1.5mm Single Flute Spiral End Mill (Profile Cutting)
Cutting Feed Rate: 400 mm/min
Plunge Feed Rate (Z): 400 mm/min
