Sie wandelt digitale Konstruktionen in physische Teile um, indem sie Code (typischerweise G-Code oder M-Code) interpretiert, um die Bewegung von Werkzeugen und Werkstücken mit extrem hoher Genauigkeit zu steuern.
Wir liefern standardmäßig mit einer 3,175 mm Spannzange. Gegen Aufpreis ist ein Upgrade auf 4 mm/6 mm durch Auswahl des Spannzangenpakets möglich. Der kompatible Werkzeugdurchmesserbereich für die D1S liegt zwischen 3,175 mm und 7 mm. Hierfür ist ein Wechsel der Spannzange erforderlich. Die standardmäßig mitgelieferte Spannzange kann Werkzeuge mit einem Durchmesser von 3,175 mm aufnehmen.
Die Steuerungssoftware ist MaxmakeLab, die Betriebssysteme wie iOS, Android, Mac OS und Windows unterstützt und somit eine komfortable Bedienung und Steuerung über verschiedene Geräte hinweg ermöglicht. Es ist kompatibel mit gängigen CAD/CAM-Softwareprogrammen wie Fusion360, SolidWorks, AutoCAD, VCarve Pro, Aspire und Easel und erfüllt somit die Konstruktions- und Bearbeitungsprogrammierungsanforderungen verschiedener Anwender.
Reinigung: Nach jedem Gebrauch müssen Späne und Staub gründlich von der Werkbank, den Führungsschienen, den Gewindespindeln, den Muttern und den Spindelkegelhülsen entfernt werden. Schmierung: Bewegliche Teile wie Führungsschienen, Gewindespindeln und Lager müssen regelmäßig mit dem vorgeschriebenen Fett oder Schmieröl eingefettet werden. Inspektion: Alle Schrauben regelmäßig prüfen und festziehen. Kabel auf Verschleiß prüfen. Rostschutz: Halten Sie die Maschine trocken und tragen Sie gegebenenfalls Rostschutzöl auf die Metallteile auf.
