My tracking number shows no movement. Is this normal?
Yes, this is normal for international shipments. Tracking numbers usually only show detailed movement after the cargo has cleared customs in the destination country.
While your order is on the ocean vessel, the status will not update. Detailed logistics logs will appear as soon as the local courier receives the parcel for final delivery.
